Poor service and the sauces we paid for were not sent - twice! We had 2 bad experiences with this store, and the second chance is their last. The store failed to include garlic sauces we paid for - twice. This time, they didn't include the crazy sauce with our sauce/breadsticks combo. I called the store on the second bad order. After explaining the situation to the manager and asking that they make sure to include sauces which are paid for, he said, "Ok..." - then sat there. I halfway expected an apology and after about 10 seconds of his silence, he hung up on me. I think they just opened this store and they're already cutting costs and not giving customers what was paid for. Sadly, our "most bestest cheese" pizza and the breadsticks were SO thin. I will order from the store on Business 121 next time.

Not to happy that my food wasn't sealed with something to help me know if my food was tampered with or not. Very disappointed that safety wasn't a priority.
