My past experiences were decent but this is actually insane. Never have a recieved almost flat pizza puffs and one with a gaping whole in it with practically nothing in it. I don't understand how they thought this was okay to send out to a customer. I'm never one to complain but this is actually super shocking for me. This has never happened.

The dough was not cooked and the cheese was all melted to the cardboard. The edges were burned and the middle of the pizza was mushy. Totally inedible. Will not order again.
The crazy bread was on point.

Food is not fresh and has melted butter I guess to help soften the staleness.

Failed to provide me with drink. When dasher inquired about my owed drink the worker proceeded to dismiss his question and send him without drink.
