The pizza we received had a crust that tasted similar to cardboard. Nothing like the EMB's we always get. And pay for. This tasted like an entry level pizza you can pick up at a 7/11

I know pizza is usually oil but this is overkill....
dasher was super friendly and sweet I didn't experience any issues with her. But the quality of this order from the store is... wow.... the box is dripping oil, spilt all over my blanket and everything. They gave a 1$ refund which i appreciate. But, my box shouldn't be soaked through and dripping with oil when it leaves the store.

The pizza side of the order lacked sauce. If the crazy sauce was not included I would have sent it back for a refund. I think it's fair to ask for some money back
