Lobys Grill off of Woodlawn Ave NEVER disappoints! They always get my order right. The food is always amazing. The one off of Cleve Ave totally different story. They always forget something or the food temperature is off. You can just tell they don't care. I would have posted pics but it was too good. I ate it sorry guys.

Chicken Tenders were fantastic! Fresh and hot, filling too. Sweet Potato Fries were a little too browned and some were crunchy. I would have appreciated some napkins as well.

okay so here is the review. they overlooked one meal from my order. No problem standing there look stupid for 10 minutes. I get the order and as you can see in the pictures one meal is completed nicely fresh cut fries toasted bread everything. The second supposedly identical meal looks like the twin who was nutrition deprived in the womb. Little crunchy French fry bits sweaty non toasted bread like come on. Then if you complain to Doordash they think you lying and the establishment already showed how much they care. BTW all the food that was not neglected is cold from the extra wait time and the tenders were wet from sweat on the bottom. I sacrificed quality for convenience

I love the food, but the total lack of attention to how the order is entered is frustrating. I always order an extra side of BBQ Wing Sauce and every other time they send me plain wings and 1 side of sauce.
the portion size for the side of Tater Tots is all over the place. Some times it's a whole box worth, other times it's a small take out containers worth.
the inconsistency is the downfall of this particular restaurant.
