I ordered the best t bone on the menu, and what arrived wasn't a t bone, I don't know what it was, but it wasn't more than 1/2 inch thick, and it was round, and didn't even have the t bone in it-this is the second time In the last 4 months that i ordered something that arrived completely different and severely lacking-at almost 50$ for a steak, I would expect something thing way better, as I have witnessed when dining in, although I should mention that, that has also been on a serious decline-the other day, we walked in after 20 min past lunch hour opening, and after 10 min of not seeing anyone that would greet us, we left-that is 3 strikes now, and me and my fam won't be coming back ever, unless we r told the restaurant is under new/better management, or that I am contacted explaining what cheap cut of
Meat that was delivered to me. The first time I complained, I explained to the manager what had happened, and did not want nor accept anything further for free. I only wanted to bring it to their attention, and don't complain expecting something in return, as i understand every business has a bad nite, or revolving employees, so I don't wanna punish a business for that, but the consistency of the bad plates that I have gotten in the last 4 months makes me feel that I am done with Logan's, and will not ever come back, or recommend this place to
Anyone. I did t take phots because at the time it was delivered and cartons were opened, I was embarrassed for my guests, but just ask whoever was on the grill what the hell they cooked and sent.
