I was thinking about getting donuts this morning when I came across Lone Star Kolaches, so I decided to give it a try.
While they looked a little different than I'm used to from places like Czech Inn and other great Kolaches places, the food was phenomenal! Great flavor, stuffed with ample filling, and an impressive array of fillings.
They may not be traditional, but they're damn good!

Polish sausage kolaches are full size and delicious. I get 2 jalapeño and cheese and a fruit/cheese one for a colleague when I order.

not exactly what I expected. only part of my order appears to be correct, but I am unsure because the base ingredients are possibly there. I ordered a Sausage Patty, Egg & Cheese (Each) and it has jalapeño all in it, I ordered a Chubby (Each) which may or may not have bacon, but is loaded with tomatoes and onions, a Potato, Egg & Cheese (Each) ,which also is loaded with tomatoes and onions. the only thing that appears to be as ordered is the Iced coffee and the Ham, Egg & Cheese (Each). everything was cold, like it wasn't warmed at all, which is not that big of a deal. I can correct that with a microwave. what I did eat was good, but it hurts to throw out 2 $5+ items. if the egg items have tomatoes and onions, then it should be listed. the one with the sausage patty does not have it in the eggs, so I am unsure.

I ordered 4 Sausage, Cheese & Jalapeños and I got 3 of those, and a normal sausage kolache, its still yummy which is why I gave 5 stars, but I do see that they mess up the order from past reviews and it happened to me today. And they were cold, but I have a microwave so that was fixed easily. They were delicious!

Did not get what I ordered. Missing 1 chubby and ordered 2 chocolate tarts and got 4 cream cheese instead. Not warm or hot. The potato,bacon and cheese were okay but they could add more potatoes. I tasted cheese and bacon but no potatoes.
