the conchas tasting was old and as if they were sitting beside a savory dish or in a kitchen with no cover . this is the second time this happened. very disappointed White ConchaChocolate Concha

The food tends to be good quality but they have a habit of just giving you whatever they feel like when something is out of stock. One time I ordered a Tres Leches Cake Slice and received Bread Pudding with chocolate chips and whipped cream, nothing like how it is on the menu, not to mention it came in a drink cup? Another time I ordered a Piedra and received a second Vanilla Concha . I can understand substituting items but do it after contacting the customer and confirming. I would rather just have items refunded if they aren't available.

we used to love these conchas, but they became very dry over the last 6 months. I am not sure what made them change the quality.

I loved everything! Everything was delicious, and my order arrived nice and hot. Great service. I will definitely order again!
