Easy on sauce poured on top. Mine was drenched, very over powering. My delivery person was great

My first issue with los Culichis is that when ordering they have their Instructions off so you cant really customize your own order with specifics. Second, love sushi specially Sinaloan Sushi, so of course I have been their client since they started. I dont know if they change cook often but everytime i purchase its a different taste. Never like the first times when they barely started. They are always failing to follow my instructions and its happe many times. Today I asked and payed for extra Anguila sauce and I did not receive it. I asked for no Alga on my sons roll and of course, like other times, he got it with Algas.

They use to fry the rolls more. I wish they would still do that. Also the shrimp was a bit squishy.
