This was the best Mexican food that I have had in a long time. The Guiso De Res and Papas Mexicanas were remarkable.

The Ribeye Fajitas are great, maybe a little light on meat for pricing but overall 8/10. The Quesabirria was insanely greasy, and the consommé is literally just oil/grease and some meat at the bottom (see picture, I tried to separate the oil from the consommé but there was no consommé). I’m giving it 3 stars because every other meal was pretty solid, but serving a cup full of oil as consommé should not be legal.

The quesadilla and fries were good, I just wasn't craving rice but my bf got the rice and beans and those are good. The chips they gave me on the nachos were super stale and then had some knd of wetness going on under it idk if it's from the guacamole or jalapeños but it just wasn't good.

their birria, however, was unpleasant and lacked the deep taste that normally accompanies heavily spiced foods like these. As insipid as it was the only thing I could taste and smell was the cinnamon which overpowered any other ingredient or spice that might have been used in the dish. I was not able to enjoy more than a bite. If you LOVE cinnamon this dish is for you, they stuffed the tortilla FULL which would have been a blessing if it wasn't for the obscene amount of cinnamon. Cinnamon is all I smell now.
