Combination 8. Rice Stick Noodles are my favorite! So much flavor and the protein is very tender and delicious.

Rice noodles (Chow Fun) looked and tasted like glue.  Yes, in preparations where extra oil is used they can stick together, but these noodles were way overcooked, hence the extremely unpleasant texture, rendering the dish inedible.

Sometimes Asian food is hit and miss. 2 weeks ago I ordered and the food was very good. I ordered again today 7-10-23 and the beef broccoli was maybe a 3-4 on a scale of 1-10. The sauce was watery not thick and the flavor was more on the sour side. The shrimp fried rice seemed like it wasn't fried hot enough in the pan and seemed more steamed than fried. I'll still order in the future because my experience has been more positive than negative at this restaurant.
