Pizza was what we ordered. crust was done just right, we'll done not burt, was not cut thru and was not hot but eatable

Tiramisu is awful. Over $11 for a very small, bland-tasting dessert which does not taste fresh. Ingredients taste cheap. it reminds me of something that was mass-produced, pre-packaged and sitting on a shelf in the refrigerator for a week. Precisely NOT what a $11 dessert from a restaurant should be. FYI - I could get pretty good grocery store tiramisu from Meijers bakery that is 4x-5x this size, only 1.25x the cost, and made the same day. This dessert is simply bad and I don't recommend anyone ever buy it. DoubleDash the Meijer's one instead.

The Deep Dish Create Your Own was great! Probably the best one I've had delivered. Definitely would order this again. The small is more than enough for one person I wouldn't order any bigger if planning to eat yourself.

I never thought in my lifetime I would post a negative review about my fav Lou's. We ordered a deep dish tonight. The cheese had a lot of brown spots. Over baked. The sauce wasn't the same. Overall, very blah. Time to move on? :(

the pizza was covered in watery oil, the hard crust was tainted by water and cheese oil, a terrible experience with too much sausage and beef layered the way it was. quite unprofessional.
