Great butter crust flavor, pizza is always good..deep dish or thin crust is delicious.
2 small complaints -
I think the tiramisu is expensive for the size you get.
There is never any parmigiana or chili pepper flakes sent along with pizza.

The pizza was very disappointing. It was not a deep dish. I've lived in Chicago my entire life and for whatever reason this illuminati's does not make their deep dish anything like those found in Chicago. The sauce tasted more like spaghetti sauce and pizza sauce. it just was very displeasing. I will say the hot wings were good.

we chose to create our own stuff pizzas like we always do and we've never been disappointed. Until today, it was half the size as before and we only tasted the sauce. We will try once again this time from the actual restaurant next time hopefully it will be better.

Put it this way when I picked up a slice there was no strings of gooey pizza. Not enough cheese not enough sauce. Crust is the only good thing to say about it. Rosatis has a much better deep dish which is crazy sounding Lou malnatis lost its touch

We love The Lou! It would be even better with pepperoni, my husband insists, but it's already on the high end for our budget.
