I love the liver and onions from Luby's but they never get the sides right. I ordered fried green tomatoes and got fried okra. The Mac and cheese tastes like butter noodles, no cheese. Food was cold. Liver was delicious though. I with I could just order that bc their sides are always terrible.

I ordered the Fried Fish Combo and the fish was nonexistent. The breading was the entire portion with a fillet that did not fill it out. It was dry and bland as well. I tried the cornbread and it was like eating sand - dry and crumbled when touched. Overall, worst experience I have ever had with any Luby's. I will never order again.

I was in the mood for some home cooking, and I did not feel like actually cooking for myself. Lubys is usually pretty good on Sunday, but today's meal tasted like the chicken was reheated from the day before. The green beans seemed to just have gotten dumped straight from a can with no seasonings whatsoever and the cornbread was hard as a rock. definitely a disappointment for a Sunday dinner

Angus chopped steak was extremely dry, no au jus or natural gravy. Yams were flavorless with very little butter or brown sugar. Spinach did not taste like fresh spinach. Fried fish was extremely hard and dried out. Cabbage had large hard pieces. Very dissatisfied with my entire order.

The hamburger Angus Chopped Steak was burnt onthe outside and didn't come with onions. the salad was not delivered with salad dressing. items were unorganized. the Fried Fish had very little flavor and the rolls were stale. no plasticware was delivered.
the macaroni and cheese was hot and delicious.
