If the exact arrangement you ordered needs to be modified in any way (whether they're out of a certain color or out of stock) they will call you and provide alternatives or the option to cancel order. wow I ordered a bouquet for my friend and specifically asked for a pet-friendly arrangement. The florists took carefully to my request, and the bouquet came out absolutely gorgeous. All the flowers were fresh, elegant, and put together with a lot of care and taste
