The broth was light and not rich in flavor. Small portions of brisket provided.

If you need a pho fix and nothing better is available, this will suffice. This local store makes there a little sweeter and the broth does not taste as if it was made with bones. It taste like okay stock doctored up with Vietnamese seasonings.

The portion and quality of meat is poor. If you order brisket, you will mostly get fat and barely any edible portions of meat.

steak comes fully cooked, broth was very warm, and all sauces came in packets with sprouts and greens. 10/10
