Ordered the MAD RICE on a buy one get one, what a deal. The food was excellent and copious! This was my first time trying Mad chicken and I'm very impressed. I will definitely be coming to the restaurant with my girl!

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. I wish they described whats in the sauces like the mad city sauce I got for my boneless wings, it tastes like pickles if you like pickles. I don't. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO RAISING CANES OR BUY TYSONS CHICKEN OUT THE GROCERY STORE! Literally unseasoned chicken tossed in corn meal with the sauces to add flavor. I paid $15 for 4 chicken tenders and theyre not even large like Dave's Hot Chicken and they have the nerve to charge damn near extra $6 for fries. Do not buy unless you have plenty of useless money you want to throw down the drain. Had to add my own seasoning to the tenders in picture

Im not really a fan of Cleveland as a whole, but like hot damn. The chicken at this place is pretty damn good, they're absolutely doin stuff right. I really like the MAD & CHEESE BOWL * get it with the mad sauce, that sauce is phenomenal. Also get it with the extra chicken strips because 3 just doesnt feel like enough. I dont live in cleveland but whenever I have to visit I will certainly be coming here almost every time.

Their mad sauce is like pickle flavored fry sauce- not good. Fries are solid. Sando was solid. Mac and cheese was pretty mid. Tastes like any other overly creamy takeout mac.
Overall not horrible for the price when nothing else is open. sando + 12 wings combo + small mac was just under $35 before tip and tax

My second time ordering, both times everything was absolutely delicious. Mac n cheese is nice n creamy, fries are crispy, chicken is crispy and seasoned well, coleslaw is solid, and I haven't tried the raspberry chimichangas yet but they look and smell fantastic. I do have one suggestion for the restaurant: the description "sitting in a bed of cheese" made me think there would be MUCH more cheese in the MAD FRIES than it actually came with. "A handful of cheese" would be more accurate. Also, adding an option to leave the sauce on the side would be awesome as well. But don't get it twisted this isn't me complaining, the food is fire! I will 100% order again.
