This place has really gone downhill since changing owners, used to be incredible quality flavourful food but now it's bland, stale, and disappointing especially at the price point! Only good thing left is the shakes, everything else I've had has been poorly made and gross

Burger was bland with nothing to it. It was also soggy from the sauce being soaked into the bun. I haven't had this issue with other burgers from other places before.
