Bay Area natives Eiichi Mochizuki and Koji Kiura proudly serve authentic Hakata-style noodles at Marufuku Ramen. The first location opened in San Francisco back in 2017, and now leads a highly acclaim…
Katsu Curry Bento was incredibly delicious and came with very large portions. Katzu was nice and crispy, but not greasy and well cooked. Curry itself hit the right spot for me. And so many sides! Perfect for some leftovers the next day. Recommend highly.

Unagi Bento had a large potion size for the price. You get about 6 or 7 large slices, where as a lot of restaurants will sell an unagidon with maybe two thirds the unagi for the same price. Can't tell if they actually give you salad and mac/potato salad anymore, or if they just forgot mine. Delicious and fresh Unagi regardless, would order again.

Very happy with this bento! If you are not a huge eater, this is easily two meals at great price. I always love their tonkotsu ramen and the salad dressing was a dream! I am a very picky curry eater who has been endlessly trying to find the taste of my favorite childhood restaurant (since out of business) and while this is not the curry I was looking for, it was homey, comforting, and enjoyable - I will be ordering again . Katsu and karaage were both great as well.
I appreciate that the ramen was packed separately, allowing me to boil the broth until piping hot before putting it together - kept the noodles bouncy and perfect.

I've ordered here before and been pleased. Today, the order appeared smaller than before, and had decidedly less toppings. The amount of pork in this ramen was less than a thick strip of bacon... like maybe half a strip of uncooked bacon. I am very unsatisfied for having paid over 20 bucks. Won't be ordering again.

Gyoza wasn't fully cooked, couldn't really eat them & - Spicy TanTan was decent but the broth tasted a bit different than usual and had an excess of green onions. Noodles were great though. Dinner time seems to be the best time to order
