The Max’s Fried Chicken is crispy and delicious. The Max's Dinuguan is also very tasty. It's got a hint of spiciness but not too much. The Fresh Lumpiang Ubod (2 pcs.) is okay. There is nothing to write home about. Not to say that it's not good, but the chicken and dinuguan probably covered my tastes buds. Leche Flan is pretty small.

Generally, the food tasted good. I don't prefer their style of sisig. it's lechon kawali roughly chopped and tossed in what looks like mayo or a cream. The Lechon Kawali was crispy and tender. Chopsuey was well seasoned. The main courses were quite overpriced for the serving size. But what really disappointed me was the Leche Flan. it costs $8 and so small, only 2.5 inches in diameter. Highway robbery is what it is.

Pancit Palabok was not as shown in the photo as it was not the thick noodle Pansit Malabon type but just like the one sold by Jollibee. Fresh Lumpiang Ubod (2 pcs.) not fresh at all because the lettuce already soggy even going brownish and the ubod itself was too old, you could feel the threads in every bite, have to toss it out, horrible waste of money!

Chicken was fine, fries really soggy. The chopsuey was definitely not worth $16 - mostly cabbage and gristly pork bits.

Normally Max's Lechon and skewers are amazing but unfortunately this time they dropped the ball. Lechon was overcooked and dry and the skewers were pure fat my kids didn't eat any. This was a waste of money. Maybe I'll have better luck next time I order if I ever do
