Harvest Chicken Salad (contains pecans) was toasted a little too much this time but otherwise very good. The croissant is flaky and there's a lot of chicken salad in the sandwich. Broccoli and Cheddar soup was tasty, it is kind of a thinner soup but it's very cheesy and it always the right temperature. Brookie is good, very rich. The peach Lemonade was great but there was no straw :(

Ordered the Harvest Chicken Salad sandwich, my favorate McAlisters menu item, and (AGAIN!) they keep over toasting the croissant. Instead of perhaps toasting it lightly, or better yet, lightly toasting the inside of the croissant on a buttered griddle, what could be an exceptional sandwich arrives a dry, super flaky, sometimes even charred disaster! It falls apart in your hands!
Such a disappointment, as their chicken salad is one of the best!
Instead, I've tried ordering it on top of a garden salad, but it comes only as a tiny scoop (served on top of fresh vegetables), smaller than your average ice cream scoop! Thats a $15 salad! Give me a break! (Also, watch for the occasional rotting lettuce bits in the garden salad.)
This is not a new problem, as I've experienced this several times over the last couple of years. I've reported this to Door Dash and I've called the store, but nothing has changed.
Their menu was designed by brilliant chef, no question! However, the execution in their New Mexico store is careless and sloppy.
Sincerely, its a great sandwich. I encourage you to try it! But maybe give them VERY specific instructions on how you want your food prepared. (If using Door Dash or any other service, call the store with your preferences.)

Orders two cups of broccoli chedder soup. When my order arrived both cups weren't even filled half way. Soup tasted fine as always but was very disappointing to pay 20 dollars for basically one cup of soup.

We Always order the Cuban sandwich and it's always 12" inches. This time it was tiny like 6" inches! We usually split this sandwich for $20, but this time we have to re order food for the other person because this is not enough food for 2 people now. I am very disappointed!!!'

One of the best baked potatoes I've ever eaten. Perfectly soft, melty, gooey cheese and crispy bacon. Wendy's could never.
