All the fixings came in separate bowls and the chips were fresh. Loved it! Didnt have to worry about soggy nachos

Do not waste your time or money. This new location is not up to McAlister's standards. Today's order was my second try to give them a chance, however they failed again. Missing potato salad, sandwich mashed flat so that the bread was thin, gummy and unrecognizable and a garden salad 1/3 the size shown in the picture (about three bites). Even the flat mushy bread used for the sandwich was undersized. Use Youree Drive location instead.

I offered the Chipotle Baked Potato through door dash. Service and delivery were fantastic and delivery was made very quickly.
The sauce on the potato was delicious, however, there wasn't nearly enough for such a large potato. It was very dry and disappointing. The toppings were all good but more is needed on a potato of this size. I won't be ordering their potato's again due to the very stingy toppings.

Mac and cheese tasted and looked like it was microwave from instant noodles; potato soup closer to potato water .

The salad had a few brown pieces. I ended up with the Mardi Gras cookie it was great. The drink was great too. I would definitely order again. I felt the portion sizes were good too.
