Saddest, soggy, squished tiny little Ruben sandwich. Seriously looks like it was just smashed together in 2 seconds and thrown in the bottom of the bag without any thought of quality or customer satisfaction.

I ordered the Ulltimate Nachos for my husband and me. We had ordered them before with no problems. In this order the chips were so crushed that it was almost impossible to to eat them. It looks as if they used the crushed remains in the bottom of the bag.

I actually intended this to be two meals but was so good I couldn't resist. The chef salad was great. The half and half was good too, in fact the BLT was so good will probably order a whole one next time. The baked potato was good too. Fruit was good and varied. Just had to try everything but still have enough for another meal, except BLT, had to eat all of that.

The Ultimate Nachoswere dry and barely had any toppings on it. The Spud Max™was undercooked with way too much cheese. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Spud was gross and over cooked.
