The Ultimate Nachos were disappointing and lacked a significant amount of key ingredients, including Rotel cheese, chili, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeño peppers, sour cream, and salsa. The chili and cheese seemed to be pre-mixed, containing possibly ¼ chili and ¾ cheese, which resulted in an unbalanced flavor. Additionally, the portion size of the chips was smaller than usual.

Southwest China's and Avocado Salad tastes and flavor was great, but does not look like the advertised product. Insufficient portions of chicken, avocado and veggies. The chili-lime vingarette dressing adds a exotic tangy flavor like no other. The experience was the best. Without the sides of potato salad and Mac & Cheese it would not have been satisfying.

I am not a satisfied customer because I received the Ultimate Nachos with a disappointing minimum amount of ingredients (e.g. avocado, green onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream), The beef chili portion size was adequate. As always the Colossal Carrot Cake tasted perfect. See pictures provided to compare with the advertisment pictures.

The Ultimate Nachosand Toffee Crunch Cheesecake were separately packaged & sealed as requested and tasted delicious. But, the vegetables, especially the fresh avocado was lacking a sufficient amount or portion size and was not sliced. The sour cream was also missing from the order. The toffee cheesecake portion size was smaller than expected compared to similar restaurants.

I asked for the honey bbq nachos with an extra side of pulled pork, but ended up with just plain flavored pulled pork and definitely not an added portion just singular. Flavor bland because of lack of honey sauce, presentation and packaging were good.
