My recommendation is crisper fries. All my fries were flimsy. I'm not requesting burnt, but fry should not fall in half when you pull it from the box. There was also no salt on the fries.
Quarter pounder with bacon was made as ordered. Loved it.
Apples pies were delicious.
Extra ice was added to the drink as requested.
They sent napkins, which was much appreciated

fries were not crispy. very flimsy. not cooked like they should have been. they need to learn how to pack things so you won't have a mess when you pull things out. fries upside down in the bag. I get it's fast food but presentation is important too.

Loved the Minecraft orders! Loved that! Kids got a bigger meal with a toy. So it was cool. Straws would have been nice lol but first time nothing was missing from our order... well minus the straws. Lol

this has happened more than once on delivery orders and since the bags are sealed it has to be done at the restaurant but I have been shorted on 2 Large Fries on every order that I have received thus far. if I'm going to pay all this money for the order I want full order not just partial or ordered two large fries not too medium fries as far as quantity.

The biscuits and gravy were great, and the hash brown was perfectly crisp. The frappe tasted fresh, but every time I order extra caramel on my frappe (which you have to pay extra for) they NEVER give it. They don't even put there normal amount that is standard. Normally it's a breach of contract just to make a simple one time mistake. At this point it's extremely frustrating as this now feels like stealing money from customers.
If someone pays for something give them what they are paying for.
I'm giving a thumbs down even though the majority of the order was to be expected because this is far from the first time this McDonald's has done this.
