I don't know why they wait for the delivery driver to pick up the order before telling me that the caramel frappé is out of stock. They should let me know as soon as I place the order so I can cancel it.

my chicken nugget's and frys were rock hard...and i didn't get no sauce or nothing..i also just wanted a regular oreo mcflurry but there was m&m's, hot fudge and caramel syrup all in it and it was all watered down:(

Food was all reheated. The fries were soggy and greasy. The nuggets were hard. The burgers were over peppered and dry. I paid extra for hot fudge in my McFlurry, but didn't get it.

Food was lukewarm at best and looked like it was thrown together. The cheese from my sandwich was stuck to the inside of the carton and not inmy sandwich. Fries were orderd with extra saltand they had very little. No option to choose lemon for the sweet tea.
