Dear Manager. Your team is in dire need of training in the areas of preparation, reading orders, and quality control. I ordered a spicy McChicken with tomatoes. (i paid for the tomatoes but didn't get the tomatoes.) I also ordered a small order of fries. The amount I received filled only half of the small envelope. Then, to top it all off, no napkins, no straw for the ice mocha. Attention to detail in preparing and bagging orders is important. Your staff either needs more training or you should pay more attention.

We ordered TWO World Cup meals via DoorDash and did NOT get World Cup cups... just normal plastic McDonald's cups. That's the entire reason we placed the overpriced order. My daughter was pretty disappointed.

Everything was delicious and fresh!! The Sausage McMuffins were nice and cheesy, the Hash Browns was perfect and the Haz Latteelnut is soo good!! I've had my order for over 30 minutes and the food was still perfectly warm and the coffee is still nice and hot!

I hate writing this review, but the food I got was old, the bread feels like it's not even toasted, making all the condiments soak the bread making it soggy. I open my Big Mac box and theres nothing on the upper part, it's all on the bottom. Im a bit disappointed..

As usual, the sausage egg Mcmuffin, the Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel, and the Hash Browns were great! Great breakfast for us.
