I absolutely love how they secure the food with great packaging. their coffee ranks up there with the high end coffee shops. The Carmel Machiotto is delicious. great job Mcdonald's‼️

I’ve given this McDonald’s several chances, but unfortunately the same issue keeps happening. Dipping sauces and straws are regularly forgotten, and on more than one occasion, entire sandwiches have been missing from the order. I ran into the exact same problem again today, which is extremely disappointing. Mistakes happen, but when it becomes a consistent pattern, and it’s not our door dashers fault. I really hope management can address the accuracy of orders, because customers should be able to expect that what they paid for is actually in the bag.

No quality control at this location. They have messed up 3 of the previous 4 orders. Absolutely the worst McDonald's franchise in Ohio.
