Every time I order a Double Quarter Cheese Deluxe Meal or Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe Meal the burger NEVER comes with lettuce, tomatoes, or Mayo. Tonights burgers came plain and dry with what looked like patties and cheese that sat for a few hours.

Why is so much more expensive when I'm already paying extra fees, 7dollar meal turns into 12 bucks , all items are like .50 to over a dollar more regularly , driver was nice tho ! Food was god still
