Didn't receive our Steak & Egg McMuffin®. We were charged $7.19 for it and didn't receive it!! The Minute Maid® Orange Juice was watery.

Multiple times now I don't receive all my items. Chocolate milks are missing, I don't receive ranch sauce and I'll order my McChicken® and receive hot and spicy sandwich instead. I'll order a burger plain but it comes with everything. Why give me the option to customize my order if it's not going to be followed.

The food was so stale it was disgusting. The 20 piece nuggets were like hockey pucks, the fries were like rubber.
