I'm not usually a complainer but when specific options are available and cost significantly more why is it that the attention to detail is not paid. I had a steak bagel with no extra steak no extra butter and barely any onions on it. It is a shame I have to request more breakfast sauce on it but it was just barely there as well. I understand that my dasher had nothing to with this and he did a good job. But come on McDonald's do better please.

Both Hashbrown's we received were basically inedible since they were fried so hard. Poorly wrapped biscuits to where they fell apart in the bag. The freshness of the food was questionable at best. We were also missing some items. McDonald's clearly wasn't on their A game this morning.

Mango Pineapple Refresher spilled all in the bag... i'm guessing because it was an open cup with no sticker on top. kind of upset about it as it was almost a $6 drink. was given a sprite berry blast that says drive thru instead of my sweet tea.

Food was still warm and drink not melted. Nuggets and fries were both fresh abd delivered promptly. Remembered sauces, straw and napkins. Good job!
