I enjoyed the packaging and that McDonald's is preventing my food from being touched by anyone else. Including my drink being in the bag as well which I thought was really neat. But the quality of my food was the reasoning for 3 of 5 stars. My nuggets didn't seem like they were fully cooked or that they had been in the heat rack longer then their normal time. One of my quarter pounders had no onions at all and the other had onions but was drowning in ketchup. I know McDonald's is probably the most fast paced food industry. But all it takes is a few seconds to give that extra effort to serve food worth serving.

We ordered the Deluxe McCrispy™ Meal and the Chicken part was blackened, severely. Also half of the chicken was missing as well. And it was extremely tough. we would've waited for quality food but unfortunately we couldn't eat any of it. this really deters me from eating here if I can'tnot worry about wasting my money.

Didn't send the condiments for any part of the order (they were on it as separate line items). Bigmac was 2 patties with 3 slices of bread nothing else. The service here can be OK but about 3 of the last 10 trips the order hasn't just been wrong, the food itself has been badly prepared. It was really disappointing this time. Worked my tail off all day and just didn't want to cook. I don't want to pay my hard earned money for a bad product either though.

the shake machne must be half asssed cause its runner than usual and my daughter fries were iced cold
