Our fries were cold and seemed old. The cheeseburger I ordered did not have onions, I ordered extra onions, and was cold. The cheese was not even melted. This is the third time our food has been wrong and cold, not from waiting, but like it had not been hot to begin with. They need to either retrain their staff or get new staff because the quality has gone into the toilet recently.

I was missing a 10 piece, chicken nugget, a basket of fries and instead of receiving the medium fries that went with my meal they gave me two small fries. The strawberry banana smoothie did not have much flavor but instead a lot of ice I don't think I will ever order from there again. This has not been an isolated incident, but has happened several times. Very disappointed!

I got all of my items I asked for. Fries were still hot and very filled. They even remembered our Buffalo sauce this time! :)

I ordered 5 Big Mac® Sauce Cup which I paid $.39 each for and 1 for my 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® . I didn't get ANY of them ! Requested 2 Honey Mustard and 3 coffee Creamer Packet . Didn't get ANY OF THEM ! Also I ordered 10 piece 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® got 9. Considering NOT ordering any more McDonald's ! 😡
