I am very disappointed from this store. They did not send the straws, napkins. I order a Carame Frappé and a Mocha Frappé, they sent 2 mochas with a terrible quality by the way, I ask no cheese on my burger, they added anyway and so onnnn. It's not the first time things like this happened. They should work better.

My son is allergic to mustard and pickles so I requested them take it off, but there was mustard and pickles on his burger. I had to trade meals with him because he's allergic. I deserve a refund. Also, medium fry was missing.

Soy cliente frecuente y todos los pedidos anteriores pueden ver mi historial con mala calidad y este de hoy me enviaron Coca Cola q no pedí es una falta de respeto con los precios q están cobrando y aún así no le prestan atención a las órdenes

Most of the time I've ordered there's some issue. I always order Iced Caramel Macchiato which is the only type of coffee I drink and only from McDonald's. Twice I've ordered and I've been sent the wrong item just a plain iced coffee which I couldn't even drink it was disgusting.
