Hot chocolate lid was loose and ended up spilling everywhere! My muffin bread was very dry/hard and crusty. There were only 2 pancakes in each box!

The drinks were just above halfway full and was not cold. Chips came soggy and not fresh. Burgers were also not very warm, had to heat it up here at home. Took almost an hour for my order to come as the dasher had to wait for food to be made. This has happened twice. Would not recommend this merchandise in this particular place for order. Quality isn't worth the price.

My order this morning was horrible. My hot drink was wrong, l ordered a flat white and got an overly sweet hot chocolate. And my bagel was really dry, there was no sauce on it. l was not happy with my order
