got everything but overcooked chips no seasoning, nuggets super dry,no BBQ sauce,drink half full.McChicken Chomp

Order took well over an hour to receive for just a large chips. When I got them, which I was assured would be made fresh when dasher got there, the pack was half full and cold. Very disappointed and not the first time my order has not been up to standard.

I've ordered from Penrose McDonald's four times now and have yet to have my order accurately done. Missing items and soggy/stale burgers. Mt Wellington is always perfect tho, probably bc they treat their staff good.

There was only 9 chicken nuggets packed, it was not handled properly, missing 2 sauces and it is jnot freshly made !!
