The food was good, Apple Pie was warm and delicious. I asked for lettuce, extra pickles and extra onion on my 2 Cheeseburger Meal and got plain ones.

Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal only able to eat about a quarter of this. Very red meat, didn't feel like getting food poisoning.

I ORDERED HAMBURGER AND IT WAS FINE. I ORDERED THE FISH AND IT WAS BAD. THE FISH THEY USE TO HAVE WAS SO GO0D. THIS ONE IS FRIED AND VERY TOUGH. NO FLAVOR. I WISH THEY WOULD GO BACK TO THE OTHER FISH SANDWHICH. I WILL NOT ORDER THIS FISH AGAIN

The sundae was fine. However...
1. I ordered a McCurdy meal. There's a picture of it in the menu: chicken, lettuce, and tomato, all on a bun. Asked to hold the lettuce. Was told that, despite the picture, it only comes with pickle. Then what's the picture for????
2. I wanted to order a McFlurry, but was told they don't have ice cream items right now. I asked the cashier why they don't have any and she gave an exasperated sigh and said "I don't know." Shouldn't there be an answer?
3. They were "behind" on fries? I had to pull forward and wait. Not a big deal, but if you're McDonald's, and you have people lined up for food, seems like you'd drop fries pretty regularly.
4. The chicken patty was dry and stringy and tough.
The service and attention to detail at this store has always been sub par, including missing items from to go orders, being out of ice cream items pretty often, and more.
You gotta fix this.
