ordered 2 Basket of Fries and got two small fries instead. I havent had this issue before but if I pay for the basket I expect the basket. the nuggets I ordered were great on the other hand

Almost every time I order door dash from this McDonald's there is missing food and when you call they are rude and say well you just have to come pick it up.. I can't that's the whole reason for door dashing it.

Big Arch was not fresh, bun felt like they had sat in a warmer for 45 minutes. Fries weren't cooked 100 percent. Hot fries but no crisp. Just soft...but my coke was good.

My LARGE drink was a medium and this has happened several times when I've ordered on DoorDash or in the store

Food is decent but crazy they make you pay for Sweet N Sour Dipping Sauce and always forget it! Two times its happened and most likely will be a third!!
