My fries were uncooked and cold. My Ice tea had no ice. And for the first time in my life the cheeseburger was hard and rubbery at the same time! Worst McDonald's ever! So disappointed.

There have been plenty of times where I've received my order with items missing (not just drinks but burgers too). Just today Oct1 I received my smoothie and it wasn't even blended fully. Common theme is lazy staff.

My food was good
The McRib bun was stale again. Second time from this location. Won't order from here again. Otherwise, everything else was good and fresh.

Food was cold by the time I received it (chipotle came hotter the other day)
My McCrispy™ Meal didn't have sauce on the sandwich but still gave me pickles.. the sweet tea I ordered had too much ice in it for me to tell if it was actually sweet (it's slightly sweet). Other than that my fries were good and my double cheeseburger.

Sometimes when I order breakfast sandwiches from here they are just ok. This time they were hot and the english muffins were cooked perfectly. Happy with my order.
