I usually feel good about ordering from the location on Howard. I can no longer say that. Fries were under-cooked, soggy, and cold. Apple pie was cold and did not look or feel cooked. Chicken nuggets were way over-cooked. Cheeseburger had random pieces of food wrapped inside the wrapper with it. No straws with drinks. Ordered February 1, 2023 at 9:46 PM.

I ordered a 1-pack of 2 APPLE PIES. I received a 1-pack of 2 PUMPKIN PIES. My original order I requested NO SUBSTITUTION, REFUND! I request a REFUND of $4.19 + Tax on this order. It's frustrating when your employees do NOT read the order & do not honor my request.
