I’m very disappointed with my recent McDonald’s order. I specifically paid extra for additional caramel drizzle on my frappe, but the extra caramel was not added to my drink.
If I’m being charged for an additional item, I expect to receive what I paid for. This may seem like a small issue, but it’s frustrating to pay extra and not get what was ordered. Please do better and make sure orders are being prepared correctly!!!

My ordered food for tonite are so well prepared deliciously done nd very clean I love them all nd most importantly the food inside the box are so well sealed. Nothing compared w McDonald. Well sealed food made me trust mcdonaldthe most now . Happy me ! Sorry. Im late answering taking the photo of the food cos after receiving I ate them already so hungry 9 pm already .

They never add condiments I order coffee. I have an option to select creamer and sugar and they never send it so I always get straight coffee.
They also never add straws
It's the minor detail they forget that ruins the mail

My happy meal didnt come with the extra fries and the mocha frappe didnt come blended . It tastes like coffee
