The fries where same temperature as my drink and only half full. The burger was very sloppy and tasteless. I never had an problem but basically paid $20 for old Big Mac and half order of stale nasty fries.

all of the items were old. the nuggets were rubbery, the fries tasted like they had been under the heat lamp for hours and the burger patties treated like they had laid on the griddle for hours. it was the worst meal in quite a while.

The Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal and the McCrispy™ Meal were great. I was pleased to receive the Apple Slices I ordered this time instead of apple juice however it would've been really nice if the whipped cream had been left off my Caramel Frappé the way I ordered it. This McDonald's used to seldom make mistakes, but I've had issues with three out of the last four orders. I don't know what has happened. At least the french fries are still fresh and so were the 13 Cookie Tote cookies.

second time getting a chicken sandwich which was overcooked, too tough to chew and 1/3 smaller than the bun.

DoorDash driver had to wait for my order to be handed to him. He could see that it was ready, but the employee did not hand him the order so the food could arrive hot. He said this McDonald's is the only who does this repeatedly!
