I ordered a Double filet o fish meal large and I didn't get what I paid for . I was given a single filet of fish and it is messy, old and not good. The French fries are over cooked and hard . I would like a refund because this is not the first time this McDonald's food was not fresh or correctly prepared.

Big Arch Burger was bland, and just thrown together with ingredients falling off. Fries were cold. Ordered a sweet tea lemonade, but was given just a sweet tea. Paid a high price to be so disappointed in the quality of my food, once again.

Chicken was hot and fresh on a stale McGriddle. The McGriddle was hard as if it had been reheated over and over again. For a $20 meal, I felt cheated having to throw the bun part of my sandwich away.

Fries were hard and unsalted, so they tasted like nothing. Half of the fries were missing even though they were meant to be a large. Burgers were good. Sauce was missing.

My fries were SUPER salty and cold. The fish was fried too hard. The Big Mac was sloppy. This store ALWAYS was issue with getting orders correct. It seems like the employees really don't care
