My food was great except my fries were cold. I was shocked that my drink was inside the bag in a secure carrier, this made me very happy! I was missing my straw, this made me angry. My cookes were warm and chewy and delicious.
I am giving an over all 4 stars for the taste and quality of my food. I didn't mind reheating the fries myself. I took one star because of my missing straw.

The muffins were nice an soft this time! Only compaint was the wrong lid on my iced vanilla coffee. Needed a dome lid cause I had whipped cream and drizzle in it and it smashed it all down but the taste was still good

Alton McDonalds always charges me for a medium iced mocha which is what I order but they send me a small!!

Paper was just throw on the sandwiches, not wrapped and muffins onceagain were hard as a rock!! I think the Bethalto McDonalds does a betterjob than Alton job

The chicken nuggets were undercooked and so were the fries. The salt that somehow was supposed to be on our fries ended up on our burgers.
