The fries were old and cold and the sandwich was cold and very messy. I couldn't even pick it up to get a bite. I only ate 2 fries and threw the rest in the garbage what a waste of money and the sandwich after I got a knife and fork (it's a good thing I was home or I wouldn't have been able to eat it at all) I only ate about a quarter of because the sauce tasted sour. It was a Big Mac. Also I asked for extra hot fudge and paid for it too and definitely didn't get it. Very disappointed

Ordered two egg McMuffins to be delivered to my elderly parents. Both came missing the egg. Very disappointed seeing that each meal was over $8.00. The timeliness of the delivery was no issue.

My burger is fresh and taste great the only problem is it was supposed to be a quarter deluxe and it is not a little disappointed .

Forgot items. Chicken sandwich was dry and bun stale on the edges. No napkins in bag.
