Have a smaller cup than paid for no mocha chocolate in my mocha frappé just frozen coffee and whipped cream with a flat lid not the dome very poor service

I’m extremely disappointed because at this point it honestly feels like this location is being cheap and intentionally shorting customers on their portions. I ordered and paid for a LARGE fry, and the photo attached shows exactly how my fries looked untouched when I received them. That is nowhere near what I expect when I’m paying extra for a large.
This isn’t the first time either. It has happened multiple times at this same location. When customers are paying for a specific size but consistently receiving less than what they paid for, it feels like we’re simply wasting our money and being shorted.
If I pay for a large, I expect a properly filled large—not a partially filled container while still being charged full price. At this point, the repeated underfilling really needs to be addressed.

love ordering a Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddles® and getting a sausage mcgriddle instead, this type of situation has happened quite a few times with this location

This location of McDonald's always does an excellent job to ensure the package is safe and secure. The food is hot and fresh.

I ordered 2 McChicken® Meals, and I only got one🥲 had to place another order for that one Meal and payed extra🙃
