The food I received was very poor quality. The fries were extremely hard and tasted old, and the nuggets were burnt and overcooked. It honestly looked and tasted like the nuggets had already been cooked and were fried again. Everything was hard, dry, and not fresh at all. I was very disappointed with the quality of this order and could not enjoy the food.

The big Mac was dry. It seemed like it was. It was a was there too long or whatever but it was poorly dry. It wasn't that good at all and a cheeseburger was similar to this to the big Mac did not like it all. Thank you.

I purchased extra crush Oreofor my OREO® McFlurry® and the was none and your team barely gave a sprinkle of Oreos for the Caramel Sundae. I'm not satisfied I paid extra to satisfy two little girl and now we're all disappointed

My burger felt like it was left out all night. Both buns are rock solid. I asked for extra pickles and it seems they found an old burger from yesterday put it on and sent it out.

The chicken McNuggets were rockhard. The chicken sandwich deluxe had way too much mayonnaise to the point to where I tried to hold her to bite it everything slipped out of the bun. The fries were hard and cold but I guess that's what happens when you order delivery.
