• 23/11/25Took them over 45 minutes just to make my order, dasher didn't want to wait for my food so when I eventually got it the food was cold and bland. Also got a part of my order wrong.Chocolate Shake French Fries

• 5/2/26Fries were cold , the chicken tasted weird my fries were half way filled I would not order again and it was definitely not fresh

• 28/1/26Basket of Fries were cold and stale,and the Ranch Snack Wrap® had very little sauce and I asked for extra cheese and did not get it.the tender in the wrap is almost burnt and hard.
