• 17/12/23The Triple Cheeseburger was a double cheese burger, the fries were undercooked, chewy and soggy and the box was not filled properly. Would have preferred it to have come from the East Bunbury/Forum Mcdonalds, which is practically within the same distance range. Because it seems typical for Parks Centre, to have consistency issues with their orders.
Despite knowing they get slammed with customers, it really doesnt excuse the consistent poor food quality.

• 17/2/26Its great for being one of the only places open in Bunbury after 12am BUT! BIG THUMBS DOWN for taking Hot Chocolate off the night/early morning menu! I ordered one at least 3 nights a week, Was the only place you could get hot chocolate after midnight; Now there's nowhere. Their fried chicken is actually surprisingly delicious too!

• 31/7/22McFlurry was less than half full for almost $7. Apple pie was cold. Had 4 different time changes and was informed line was very slow by delivery driver as he sat for almost 29 minutes waiting
