my order included 2 items that were unavailable. not only did they call me to make substitutions buta handwritten note was included with my order as a personal apology. the care that the employee took should be recognized

Barely any French Fries, the crew member forgot my utensils even including a straw. And all my sandwiches were made sloppy

Poor quality. Burger was plan no fixings or condiments! It's was not the drivers fault Mc Donald's did not fix my burger right. My drink was watered down. Fries was soddy.

I order the large side and the fríes y half not full also is too much salt
