Every time I've ordered a frappe with extra Caramel, they never include it and I'm being charged for it. This time, I CALLED the store, the lady was super polite and I told her what was up and asked if she could add the extra caramel to the bottom of my cup and she repeated back what I said and i mentioned it was the one with no whip cream (even says on the ticket extra caramel) and she added it to the wrong one AND barely added any lol.
